HOW MANY HOURS CAN I APPLY FOR?

DDA allows requests up to 82 weekly hours without prior approval. However, documentation needs to accompany all requests showing the need for any hours requested and a schedule of activities for all hours. For hours over 40 per week, there should be assessed medical and/or behavioral needs with medical documentation of the requested hours.
