Navigating through the transition to adult DDA services can be challenging. But, the good news is that it does NOT have to be. With KEY information and a GREAT team, you can successfully tackle the transition. And, we are here to HELP by sharing specific information about our program and the admission process as well as serving as a general resource!
Our agency is a licensed DDA Agency that provides Personal Supports Services. What are Personal Supports services? These services offer practical one-to-one help or support to individuals with disabilities to find community resources, participate in the community, develop independent living skills (like assistance with household tasks, money management skills, transportation management and social skills, communication skills) as well as assistance with academic skills (reading, writing, math or computer skills). And, that’s just the beginning!

Effective money management is a key to achieving the good life! Because of this, we have specifically designed programming to support financial outcomes for many of our clients and would love to help you too!

In many instances, we partner with teachers, paraprofessionals, graduate students or other wonderfully smart staffers to provide needed support for clients that need assistace with college classes. Let us help you with your academic needs!

HOW MANY HOURS CAN I APPLY FOR?
DDA allows requests up to 82 weekly hours without prior approval. However, documentation needs to accompany all requests showing the need for any hours requested and a schedule of activities for all hours. For hours over 40 per week, there should be assessed medical and/or behavioral needs with medical documentation of the requested hours.
